Status Disclosure – Whippet Vehicles Ltd

Whippet Vehicles Ltd has a commitment to treating our customers fairly and does it's upmost to provide a positive customer service.

Please find below some facts which explain who we are and what we do.

Whippet Vehicles Ltd is an independent vehicle sourcing service, established in July 2026. We use our knowledge of the motor industry to find vehicles that best match our customers needs and requirements at a price which is fair and competitive to market.

We then introduce customers to suppliers and or finance brokers who have access to a representative range of competitive vehicle finance products and services.

We are not authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. We are not a lender.

We are not financial advisers so are not able to offer you advice or make recommendations. We will qualify and ask questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

Payment for the services we provide are reclaimed from any other parties, lender(s) or supplier(s) that we introduce you to. The amount we receive may vary depending on the choices that you make. Where applicable, any amount we receive in this way will be included in your vehicle cost or monthly payments and the total amount you pay over the term. Where lawfully required and/or if requested when any such right exists, we will disclose to you the amount of any payment we will receive for our service. We will also tell you when you have a right to cancel along with any other expected charges which might apply.

We do not act as an insurance intermediary and do not offer insurance products. It is the customers responsibility to ensure upon taking delivery of any vehicle, that the relevant vehicle insurance policy is in place. For the vehicle to be eligible to be driven on UK roads, a vehicle must be insured. Insurance is unique to the individual or business so Whippet Vehicles Ltd cannot offer advice or recommendations.

When you order with us or when you make changes to an existing order, you must take reasonable care to provide complete and accurate answers to the questions we ask you, and disclose all material facts. A material fact is anything the supplier or lender needs to know about the risk they are accepting.

When an order is issued to you, it is important that you read it carefully as it forms the basis of the contract you have entered into. If you are in any doubt about any of the terms and conditions, please let us know straight away.

Under the Data Protection Act and GDPR, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. Full information on how we use your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

Our terms and conditions of business can be found on our website or we can send a copy to you upon request. All calls are recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.
