Looking after your vehicle

No matter how you obtained your vehicle, looking after it is important. It aids with maximising your vehicle's future value at the time of sale or de-fleet and reduces the chance of any conditional charges when handed back to the finance company if obtained via a lease agreement.

Treating customers fairly

At Whippet Vehicles, we treat customers fairly and understand the importance of highlighting best practices. Please take time to read the guidance below so you can mitigate any potential unexpected or unforeseen financial losses.

If you don't want to incur fees, rectify before return

If you have leased a vehicle and it is to be returned, don't wait until the day the vehicle is going back to check your vehicle. Give yourself plenty of time and appraise your vehicle beforehand. That way, you can repair or rectify anything that may need to be done.
